Rental Requests for External Teachers and Groups
This form is for dance teachers, arts groups, and event organizers outside Mulan Dance Studio. Check the studio calendar above, choose a suitable room, date, and time, then provide the activity details and your contact information.
After you submit, an administrator checks the room schedule and use arrangements. If the time is not available, they will discuss another time or room with you.
The administrator will contact you by the phone number or email you provide to confirm the activity, rental time, price, and studio requirements.
Submitting a request does not complete a booking. A room is formally reserved only after both sides confirm the details and an administrator approves it.
Studio teachers should not use this form for classes, rehearsals, or internal bookings. Please use the internal scheduling workspace instead.
